The collection is about the feeling of belonging to a place or something far away, a place you don’t know where it is or what it is, which is not homesickness or sadness or melancholy. A feeling that goes beyond those expressions. It’s a sensation deep inside of oneself that one realises when you see something specific, read a particular phrase or hear something peculiar. It’s a feeling of something missing, lost living intact of oneself. It’s a link between you and something still unsure and unknown. And probably won’t fade until you see or meet the missing puzzle, whatever or whoever it might be.

The collection is called ALTROVE, which means in italian „ elsewhere, another place; somewhere or anywhere else“, referring to the Welsh expression HIRAETH which describes a longing for a home or a place that never was or for a place which can never be revisited. It’s a feeling that is hard to describe/define as it also can mean or can be a longing for different things.

It’s a collection that suggests finding yourself , knowing oneself better, about questioning oneself what is that is missing in your life, finding (if there is) this missing piece/puzzel to feel at peace.
